Ryll Burgin-Doyle is a strategic advisor and entrepreneur that has spent the last 29 years growing businesses across Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Asia, and the United Kingdom. She has worked with and grown almost every kind of business imaginable, from startups to SME’s to corporate enterprises (one of them being a $1B company). Furthermore, she founded and lead a non-profit called stepUP Foundation that helped 19,000 adolescents, many of whom were underprivileged or at-risk.

Douglas Ng is one of the co-founders of the Strengths Quotient Institute, who is responsible for supporting the Money & You® community in Singapore. Besides working with people in the Strengths Quotient Institute to discover their mastery through their proprietary framework called the “Strengths Quotient®”, he is involved in the software business tribefii, which provides a SaaS Platform to support solopreneurs in building their tribes and communities.

He was also in the Money & You® Instructor Training Program and has co-instructed at Money & You® Programs in Malaysia, Australia, and the United States. Douglas, aka Kampung Kid, otherwise spends time creating resilience on his urban farm.

Tamami Ushiki is the public liaison bridge between Japan and other countries, specializing in personal and business development. This has been her focus since the beginning of her career as an entrepreneur. She has accumulated much experience and achievements along her entrepreneurial journey.

While Tamami organizes large events like Brian Tracy and Allan Pease in Japan, she also took Japanese groups to Tony Robbins, Robert Kiyosaki, and other overseas events.
