For most people, the past few years have been a challenge because we aren’t used to THIS much polarity between people politically, economically and even regarding Health Care. The division is affecting families, teams and organizations alike.
In this event on Fridays with Doria & Friends, we will dive in together, such that we are free of the triggers that catalyze unproductive communicating and patterns within us, as well as learning how to create possibilities from polarity using skills we didn’t even know we had.
This community is filled with people that care quite a bit about humanity, and for passionate people, our power to co-create comes from our ability to stay present, neutral, and curious in times of great change if we are to be a part of the Evolution of Humanity.
We’ll be exploring together:
- Bridge-building tools, skills, and exercises
- Leadership skills when it comes to truly listening and being heard
- How to heal relationships and polarity that has already happened in important areas of your life
- Effectively leading when there are disagreements, righteousness or those retreating
- Creating an environment where projection by you or others cannot happen, and solutions become forthcoming
We authentically have an opportunity to make the world work for 100% of people. In order to do that, we must be more curious about solutions and bridges than righteousness and fear.
Where do we begin with this new world order that is being catalyzed, and how can we be a part of that in real-time? What does that world order look like? How will we get there?
