In This Fridays With Doria & Friends Session, Dame Doria Cordova shared about how to create a movement that can have a global impact. She also shared the history of her organization, her personal experience with Buckminster Fuller, and how his and four other masters’ methodologies have come together to create the magnificent work that she inherited from the creators, Marshall Thurber and Bobbi DePorter.
In the last 41 years, Doria Cordova has been involved in the entrepreneurial, experiential, transformational training field. She had the honor and privilege of being there as the industry was being created – she watched the industry grow – particularly in the AsiaPac region, which includes countries from Australia, New Zealand – spanning through the region all the way to China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, the Philippines… and it includes India! It holds 2/3’s of the world’s population…
To say that it has been exciting, fascinating and thoroughly educational, would be an understatement…!
She eventually discovered that they were not only creating a “Movement” but they were also inspiring, educating, supporting many others to do the same.
Doria, the creators of the work, the partners and the many that launched and grew the industry, had “front row seats” to watching Money & You®, Business School for Entrepreneurs and other Excellerated programs graduates – and those whom they influenced — “moving mountains”, changing systems, creating new industries, shifting old industries to doing business in a win/win manner; creating shifts in their spheres of influence… thus, millions have been influenced to doing good… being what became known as “Social Entrepreneurs.”

About Dame Doria Cordova:
Doria was part of the group of pioneers, led by Marshall Thurber and Bobbi DePorter that began the development of the transformational, experiential, entrepreneurial training industry. She inherited the work over 35 years ago and has expanded it to what it is today spanning across the globe with countless partners, associates, teams, and graduates.
Many of today’s transformational leaders such as Tony Robbins, Mark Victor Hansen, and Robert Kiyosaki have attended the Excellerated programs, and have gone on to duplicate and expand the Excellerated experiential educational methods. This has supported her mission of improving education by bringing financial literacy to the masses worldwide.
Dame Cordova is a founding member of the Transformational Leadership Council (TLC), and the Southern California Association of Transformational Leaders (ATL); a Board member of the Evolutionary Business Council, contributor for the Pachamama Alliance organization; a member of the Australian entrepreneurial network, Unstoppables, which is led by Council members of the Women Speakers’ Association; international business development advisor for The California Women’s Conference; Founding Godmother of Heart of All Women Media; and an advisor/mentor to several other for-profit and non-profit organizations which add value to humanity. Doria (DC) is now expanding her work to the renewable energy field. She’s in partnership with one of the world’s leading green entrepreneurs Huang Ming as a Global Business Developer.
Dame Doria (DC) was Knighted as Dame of Honor by The Sovereign Order of the Orthodox Order of St. John – Russian Grand Priory for her lifelong service to humanity. She was later advanced to Dame Commander of Grace, and then to Chancellor of the California Priory of the Order for her contribution to the growth of the Order.
Ms. Cordova received an Honorary Doctorate in Wealth Wellness with a specialization in Transformational Leadership from the Indian Virtual University for Peace and Education, which is a reputable organization registered under the United Nations.
